To comply with local Fire Regulations and in agreement with the San Diego Parks and Recreation Dept., the use of lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries for any portion of an airborne system must be by a Certified Electric Airplane Pilot (CEAP). Members achieve CEAP status by attending a brief seminar
