Pilot Steve Shepersky flew a high speed inverted low pass with his beautiful P-47. Unfortunately the it got a little too low and the fence claimed another snack.

Tim Peterson created a mighty show of carnage for the cub scouts visiting the field on Saturday morning. During a high-G turn one of the stabilators fell off. Estimated speed was 60 to 70 mph.

Crash of the Week – Justin on a maiden flight…
On his maiden flight, after getting his new EDF all trimmed out, the right wing separated during level flight. Turns out there’s no spar – just a butt-glued joint on a painted foam surface. Good ol’ Chinese quality. Justin has now been formally indoctrinated into the realm of seasoned crash pilots! He took it well – check out the smile!
